Booking & Payment

• 25% deposit- to secure your dates
• 50% progress payment (45 days from arrival)
• Final payment within 7 days of commencement

Cancellation & Changes

• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival may be eligible for a transfer of the deposit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability and at our discretion.
• Within 45 days of arrival, payments are generally non-refundable, as your dates have been exclusively reserved.
• We will always endeavor to accommodate changes or reschedule where possible.

Travel Planning

Latitude 42 Concierge is a privately hosted touring service. We do not operate as a travel agency.

• Accommodation and flights are typically arranged by you or your travel advisor
• We are delighted to provide recommendations and assist with reservations where appropriate
